Simple stir fry

Serves 2

Just because this recipe is simple, it doesn't mean that it cant be delicious. Stir fries are one of my to-go-to recipes when I don't have much time to cook and this is my best recipe yet. Once you have your ingredients, creating a stir fry is so quick and easy to make and they taste amazing!

Ingredients
125 g Noodles
2 tbsp. Sesame oil
1 Onion, thinly sliced
1 Large thumb size chunk ginger
3 Garlic cloves
~ 3 cups thinly sliced mixed stir fry veg (i.e. carrots, beansprouts, white cabbage, pepper)
3 tbsp. Light Soy Sauce or Tamari

To Serve:
Top with sliced spring onions or even a few sesame seeds

Method
Heat up the sesame oil in a wok over a medium heat until smoking, then add the crushed garlic cloves and grated ginger. Toss frequently so this doesn't stick.

When fragrant, add the onion. When the onion begins to soften and brown, add the vegetables, again, allowing to brown. In the meantime, cook your noodles.

Once the noodles are cooked, drain and toss into the vegetables and fry for 2-3 minutes to warm through. Pour over the soy sauce and serve immediately. Sprinkle over some spring onion or sesame seeds if desired.
